Wald rabi': The administration and students of Yakla School in the Wald Rabi' district of Al-Bayda governorate organized a commemorative event to mark the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Bayda Undersecretary Adel Qarmoush highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday as a means of honoring the noble Messenger and reaffirming his esteemed place in people's hearts. He emphasized the nation's need for a sincere return to Allah and His noble Messenger to build a Muslim community that spreads goodness worldwide. He noted that celebrating the birth of the leader and savior of the nation infuriates and pains the enemies of Islam and underscores the strong bond between the people of faith and wisdom and their noble Messenger.
Qarmoush explained that Yemen's position on the Palestinian cause is firm and principled, and that the Yemeni people's support for the people of Gaza is a religious and moral duty. He regarded the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday as a revival of the path of truth and a confrontation with falsehood and tyranny, embodying the Yemenis' love for and close connection to the Prophet Muhammad. He called on all residents of the Walad Rabi' district to gather for the central event in the Prophet's Square in the city of Rada'a on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal.
Speeches at the event, attended by the district's mobilization officer, Mazen al-Ma'bari, local leaders, and community figures, emphasized that the anniversary of the Prophet's birth is a significant religious occasion deserving due attention. The speeches stressed the importance of remembering the noble character of the Prophet, his exemplary life, his struggles, and his courageous stances against tyrants. The speakers highlighted aspects of the Prophet's life, his courageous actions, and the noble qualities with which he was sent as a mercy to all mankind.
