Al-hodeidah: The branches of the Water Resources and Rural Water Projects Authority, along with the Local Water Corporation and Cattle Water Projects in Al-Marawiah District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, organized a celebratory evening to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Member of Parliament Hussein Qasirah and included a presentation by Acting District Secretary Mohammed Qarmout. Qarmout highlighted the aspects of the Prophet's noble biography and emphasized the profound significance of commemorating his birth. He stressed that the celebration should inspire a demonstration of faith, civil awareness, decisive stances, and dedication to fruitful work. He also underscored the role of executive offices in promoting authentic Islamic values through the observance of such significant religious occasions.
Abdulmalik Imran, the Mobilization Officer in the Al-Qutay' area, noted that the Prophet's birthday serves as an inspiration to emulate the Messenger of humanity (PBUH) and renew determination to uphold truth and justice. He highlighted the importance of unity, heightened awareness, and responsibility, especially concerning the central issue of the Ummah in Palestine. He added that celebrating the Prophet's birthday should motivate sacrifice and devotion for God and the homeland.
Additionally, Deputy Executive Director of Al-Iktifa Association, Mohammed Dahyah, affirmed the loyalty of the people of Al-Hodeidah to the prophetic path and principles. He stated that they would continue to support the oppressed in Gaza, in line with the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership.
