Hodeida: In a powerful display of solidarity, Hodeida governorate saw 268 massive public marches on Friday under the banner, "With Gaza: Jihad and Steadfastness-A Cry of Rage for Spilled Blood and Violated Sanctuaries." The participants reaffirmed their unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their resistance.

According to Yemen News Agency, the demonstrations, which took place across the city of Hodeida and its districts, were led by top provincial officials. Protesters chanted slogans of freedom and condemnation of the Zionist-American aggression against Palestinians, emphasizing that Yemen's position is steadfast and will not waver in the face of conspiracies targeting the nation's core issues.

A statement from the marches expressed pride in Yemen's firm stance, asserting that this commitment is a principled choice rooted in its faith-based identity that will not be compromised. The statement also condemned the Israeli aggression against Yemen's public and service facilities as a failed act that exposes the true, brutal nature of the enemy.

Participants strongly denounced the crimes committed in Gaza, including genocide and the use of starvation as a weapon, which they described as a flagrant violation of international law. The participants held the United States fully responsible for these crimes, accusing it of providing political and military cover for Israel. The statement also called on the Islamic world and its leaders to take serious action to stop the aggression and condemned the complicity of some Arab regimes.

In conjunction with the upcoming anniversary of the Prophet's birthday, the statement called for a return to the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Prophet Muhammad as the path to confronting tyranny. It also lauded the Yemeni armed forces for their "qualitative development" in producing fission warheads, which it described as a direct response to the blockade.

The statement condemned the recent burning of the Qur'an in the U.S. as an act of provocation that confirms the enemy's malicious agenda against the Muslim world's spiritual and human values.
