Sana'a: A meeting held in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Deputy Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Nasher al-Qaoud and Deputy Minister of Finance Nasser al-Hamdani, discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministries of Health and Finance.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed progress on salary disbursements for employees at the Ministry's headquarters and in governorate health offices under the exceptional mechanism. Additionally, the meeting focused on completing and submitting the updated health fee regulations to the Council of Ministers.
Participants stressed the importance of continued coordination between the two ministries to strengthen financial and administrative support for the health sector and ensure sustainability of services. The meeting affirmed commitment to implementing the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided to citizens.
