According to Yemen News Agency, the participants carried banners condemning the allegations and affirmed their strong rejection of any attempt to undermine Islamic sanctities, including Mecca, Medina, and Al-Aqsa. The rally underscored the women's determination to resist the ongoing siege, now in its twelfth year, and to uphold their stance on Islamic issues, particularly in support of sacred sites and the Palestinian cause.
The women of Al-Mahwit highlighted the active role Yemeni women have played throughout the years of conflict, emphasizing their continued support for the Armed Forces and the leadership's positions. They stressed that the Yemeni people's stance is rooted in religious, moral, and humanitarian principles, and that insults will not deter their resolve.
