Al-Mahwit:The Women's Authority in Al-Mahwit city organized a demonstration to mark the anniversary of Operation "Al-Aqsa Flood," expressing support for the Palestinian people and condemning the aggression against Palestinians and Yemenis.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the demonstration emphasized their solidarity with the Palestinian people, underscoring the importance of ongoing support and advocacy for their cause. They highlighted the necessity of sustaining support activities and raising awareness about the Palestinian issue, while maintaining Yemeni cultural heritage and identity.
The participants also stressed the importance of preserving Yemeni cultural identity and heritage as vital elements of national identity, and their role in resisting efforts to erase Yemeni culture.
The demonstration included condemnation of attacks on Yemen's education sector and educational facilities by Saudi forces, affirming that such acts will not go unchallenged. The Yemeni people, they asserted, will continue to defend their land and dignity.
They strongly denounced the crimes committed by Saudi aggression against Yemen, highlighting the resulting suffering for patients, civilians, and students, as well as the broader humanitarian impacts. The free women of Al-Mahwit criticized the international community's silence on these issues, stating that it contradicts international laws and human values, and reflects a moral and ethical collapse of the aggressors.
