Sanaa: The Women's Authority in the Capital Sanaa launched events commemorating the birth anniversary of Lady Fatima Al-Zahra for the year 1447 AH, under the slogan "Mother of Her Father."
According to Yemen News Agency, the event focused on highlighting Al-Zahra's character as a model of the faithful woman and her example in faith, knowledge, and sacrifice, while also reviewing her virtues and the path of the Prophet's Household. Speeches emphasized that Yemeni women's engagement with this occasion reflects their connection to the Muhammadan message.
The event also addressed the importance of reviving such occasions amid the challenges faced by the nation due to straying from the Quran and the Prophet's guidance, as well as the crimes committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people.
