Women’s Commission in Al-Jawf Marks Annual Martyrs’ Commemoration

Al-jawf: The Women's Commission in Al-Jawf Governorate commemorated the annual Martyrs' Day in Al-Ghayl and Al-Matun districts through a cultural and oratory event, honoring the sacrifices of the great martyrs who gave their lives in the path of God and in defense of the homeland.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, speeches and segments emphasized the importance of observing this occasion for its profound significance in strengthening steadfastness against enemies. They highlighted that the victories achieved by the nation are the fruits of the martyrs' sacrifices.

The speeches also addressed the significance of the annual martyrs' commemoration in countering enemy schemes and emphasized the responsibility of advancing the duty of jihad in the path of God.

The speakers expressed pride and reverence for all the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their children for God's cause, describing this commemoration as a moment to renew determination, draw lessons, guidance, and follow the path of the martyrs to lead Yemen toward safety and security.

The speeches stressed the necessity of raising awareness, maintaining resilience in the face of soft warfare, and attempts to undermine the identity of Yemeni women and their pioneering role across various fields.

In addition, the Women's Commission in Al-Jawf organized a visit to the Martyrs' Cemetery and the Martyrs' Photo Exhibition in Al-Ghayl District as part of the annual Martyrs' Day activities.
