Hodeida: The Women's Committee in al-Zaydeyah district in Hodeida governorate held a cultural event in al Ma'roufiyah area to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah of Imam Ali.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured various activities that emphasized the spiritual and practical connection to the divine approach represented by Imam Ali's al-Wilayah. This connection is seen as an extension of prophecy and a call for adherence to truth and divine leadership.
In addition to the cultural activities, a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people in Gaza was held. Participants denounced the Zionist occupation's ongoing crimes amidst what they described as a shameful Arab and international silence.
Speakers at the event highlighted that commemorating the Day of al-Wilayah strengthens religious values and raises awareness of national responsibilities, particularly regarding Palestine. It was noted that the event serves to renew a pledge to follow the path of loyalty and truth despite ongoing challenges.
