Hajjah: The Women's Committee in Hajjah province organized a series of events and vigils to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zaid and express solidarity with the Palestinian people.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events took place in various locations, including Numan, Al-Ghurabi Al-Asfal, Al-Wa'aliyah, Bani Majmal, Al-Jadbah, Afsar, Azzan, Bani Ka'b, and Al-Abisah. Speeches emphasized the significance of following Imam Zaid bin Ali's path and adhering to the principles and values for which he sacrificed, aiming to uphold truth and reform the nation.
The speeches underscored the Yemeni people's commitment to the path of the Prophet's Household, supporting the causes of the Ummah, standing with the oppressed, and promoting Islam. They urged continued support for the Palestinian cause, defending Al-Aqsa, honoring the blood of martyred women and children, and raising awareness about boycotting American and Israeli goods and products.
Participants in events held in Al-Jard, Jabal Al-Mahbashy Al-Asfal, Al-Mabna, Al-Jawanah, Al-Ghamrah, Al-Fasih, Al-Mansurah, Al-Nayd, Sabir, and An-Nasr School emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from Imam Zaid's martyrdom to confront injustice and tyranny. They regarded Imam Zaid's revolution as a beacon for standing against oppression and affirmed that the Quranic project is the true path to overcoming challenges and restoring the dignity of the Ummah.
The speeches stressed the need for the Ummah to unite against modern-day aggression and follow the Quran's ally in confronting injustice and arrogance.
