Shibam kawkaban: The Women's Committee in Shibam Kawkaban District, Al-Mahwit Governorate, organized a commemorative event marking the annual Martyrs' Day, honoring the blood of the martyrs and reaffirming their enduring sacrifices and high status.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event included speeches and cultural and awareness segments, highlighting that commemorating the martyrs is an annual spiritual occasion to renew the pledge to follow their path and draw lessons from their sacrifices in confronting the forces of the American-Zionist aggression and its criminal tools.
Speakers noted that the pure blood of the martyrs created glory and honor for the nation and laid the foundation for achieving security, independence, and sovereignty. They emphasized that true loyalty to these sacrifices is reflected in continuing steadfastness in the face of aggression and promoting societal awareness of the culture of jihad and martyrdom.
During the event, participants expressed full solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, who have faced the fiercest Zionist aggression with heroic resistance and resilience.
The women of Shibam Kawkaban affirmed that the Yemeni people's stance on Palestine is principled and unwavering, and that the Palestinian cause will remain the central issue of the Islamic nation.
They called for continued support for the Palestinian resistance and raising awareness of the dangers posed by American and Zionist schemes targeting the nation, its identity, and its faith, stressing that the blood of martyrs in Palestine and Yemen unites the path of freedom and dignity in confronting tyrants and oppressors.
The committee reiterated the importance of commemorating the martyrs in a manner befitting their greatness and sacrifices, and of continuing activities aimed at instilling the culture of jihad and martyrdom, while strengthening the spirit of steadfastness and solidarity among the nation's people in the face of aggression and occupation.
