Hajjah: The Women's Cultural Authority in Hajjah Governorate launched celebrations marking the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) in Al-Shahil District. The event featured speeches emphasizing the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birth to express a connection to him, follow his example, and pursue justice and support for the oppressed.
According to Yemen News Agency, the speakers highlighted the significance of the 'birth of light' as a major educational and spiritual opportunity to enhance faith and awareness. The celebration was portrayed as a means to foster a spirit of striving and reinforce responsibility towards the injustices and crimes occurring globally.
The event underscored the necessity of remembering the obligation to respond to the systematic killings in Gaza, advocating for a Quranic perspective in evaluating others, their positions, and their stance on the Palestinian issue. The speakers stressed the importance of returning to the Qur'an and the teachings of the Prophet.
The Women's Cultural Authority announced its commitment to organizing various events, including evening programs and cultural activities. These will include 829 evening sessions, 124 preparatory events, and 124 commemorative gatherings across the governorate, culminating in 24 central events.
The inauguration included poetry and artistic performances reflecting the religious significance of the occasion. A solidarity stand for the Palestinian people in Gaza was also held, with participants affirming their continued support.
A statement issued during the stand renewed allegiance to the Prophet, pledging support for Palestine and Gaza, and maintaining a steadfast stance in supporting the oppressed. It emphasized loyalty and dedication to God, readiness to sacrifice, and the continuation of activities exposing the crimes of American and Israeli enemies and their collaborators.
The statement urged the Ummah's nations to act according to their capabilities, noting Gaza's resilience against powerful adversaries. It assured the people of Gaza and Palestine of unwavering support and shared struggles, declaring their inevitable victory as a shared triumph.
