Raymah: The Youth and Sports Office in Raymah Governorate inaugurated sports activities marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday for the year 1447 AH, at the September 21 Stadium in the governorate's center.
According to Yemen News Agency, the activities include organizing sports competitions and tournaments, most notably the Prophet's Birthday Football Championship with the participation of 40 teams, held in a group-stage format.
During the launch, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate, Mohammed Al-Nahti, stated that holding these sports competitions is part of the annual activities the office is keen to organize in celebration of the birth of the Greatest Prophet, contributing to the revitalization of sports in the governorate.
He affirmed the office's commitment to commemorating the Prophet's Birthday in a manner befitting the status of the Greatest Messenger in the hearts of Yemenis.
