Amran: Women's Authority in Ibb Province organized events in Ibb city and the districts of Al-Qafr and Jiblah under the theme 'Supporting the Armed Forces, Countering the Siege with a Siege, and Exposing the False Claim of Targeting Mecca.'
According to Yemen News Agency, a statement issued at the events praised the armed forces for protecting national sovereignty and confronting escalation, reaffirming support for the revolutionary leadership and armed forces in taking appropriate measures to defend Yemen.
The statement categorically rejected claims that Mecca was targeted, describing them as an attempt to distort facts, exploit the sanctity of Islamic holy sites for political purposes, and obscure the aggression and siege against Yemen.
It said Yemenis hold Mecca and the Grand Mosque in high regard, stressing their deep religious, historical ties to Islamic causes and holy sites, particularly support for the Palestinian people.
The statement also hailed what it described as major victories on the western coast and said widespread public rallies were held to reject what it called false allegations and media disinformation concerning Mecca.
