Taiz:The Women's Organization in the Taiz governorate held a rally to mark the third anniversary of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation, showing solidarity with the Palestinian people and condemning acts of aggression against both Palestinians and Yemenis.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the rally expressed their unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and reaffirmed their commitment to advocating for Palestinian rights. They emphasized the importance of raising awareness about Yemeni cultural identity and preserving cultural heritage as essential components of national identity, countering attempts to erase Yemeni culture.
The rally also addressed the impact of the Saudi-led aggression on Yemen's education sector. Participants condemned attacks on educational facilities and asserted that these actions would not go unanswered. They vowed that Yemenis would continue defending their land and dignity, ensuring the protection of future generations.
Additionally, the women condemned the Saudi-led aggression for the suffering inflicted on civilians, including the sick and schoolchildren, and the broader humanitarian impact. They criticized the international community's silence on these issues, calling it a violation of international laws and humanitarian values.
