Hajjah: The Development and Quality Assurance Center at Hajjah University organized a workshop today titled "Enhancing the Efficiency of Annual Report Preparation". The workshop aimed to raise the level of institutional efficiency and develop the skills of university, college, and center staff in the field of preparing annual reports according to approved professional foundations and standards.
According to Yemen News Agency, University President Dr. Taha Al-Hamzi explained that the workshop is part of the university's plans to develop the capabilities of its academic and administrative staff and keep pace with developments and training programs. This contributes to enhancing the quality of institutional performance, achieving sustainable development goals at the university, and promoting the principles of institutional planning and evaluation. He urged the workshop participants to maximize their benefit from the literature and outputs due to their importance in ensuring the success of work at the university.
In the workshop, which targeted vice presidents, assistants to the president, deans of colleges and centers, the university secretary-general, and general directors, the Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Yahya Al-Alayy, reviewed the tables and forms related to annual reports and how to fill them out, ensuring the improvement of administrative performance quality.
