Mahweet: A workshop held in Bani Saad district of Mahweet province discussed the plan for forming production groups under the Bani Saad Multi-Purpose Association, as part of efforts to enhance agricultural and economic development in the district.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants reviewed mechanisms to improve the performance of executive units, strengthen the capacities of production groups, and define the tasks required to implement the 1447 AH plan and build integrated value chains.
The workshop emphasized the importance of coordination among relevant agricultural and development bodies to improve local production. It also discussed training programs for facilitators and procedures aimed at empowering agricultural communities.
The workshop concluded with an agreement on a timeline to follow up on the plan's implementation and the formation of specialized committees to evaluate progress.
