Sana'a: A solemn funeral procession was held on Tuesday in Sana'a for the body of Colonel Mubarak Hussein Abdullah Garzah, who was martyred in the Battle of the Promised Victory. During the funeral, which was attended by Shura Council member Yahya Al-Namis, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Ali Hadhban, Chairman of the Zakat Authority Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, and several social figures, participants affirmed that the sacrifices of the martyrs have strengthened the foundations of security and stability, foiling the schemes of global arrogance and its mercenaries.
According to Yemen News Agency, attendees praised the heroic contributions made by the martyrs in defense of the nation and its sovereignty. They stressed their commitment to continue on the path laid by the martyrs in confronting the forces targeting Yemen-its land and people. After funeral prayers at Al-Shaab Mosque in the Capital Secretariat, the martyr's body was laid to rest in his home governorate of Al-Jawf.
