Sanaa:The Yemeni Popular Forces Union has strongly condemned the actions of Saudi Arabia, accusing it of escalating attacks against Yemeni civilians and infrastructure. The Union criticized the Saudi forces for targeting civilian objects and issuing threats against Yemeni tribes, viewing these acts as indicators of Saudi Arabia's moral and military decline.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Union's statement described the attacks on homes, roads, and markets as cowardly and indicative of the Saudi forces' inability to confront Yemeni forces on the battlefield. The Union highlighted that these actions have only strengthened the resolve of the Yemeni people to resist aggression.
The Union also mocked the threats made by the Saudi spokesperson against Yemeni tribes, stating that such threats reflect ignorance of Yemeni tribal history and have led to widespread condemnation and increased tribal unity against the aggression. The statement pointed out the apparent retreat and confusion among Saudi forces and their allies, as evidenced by contradictory statements from their officials.
In its statement, the Yemeni Popular Forces Union called upon all Yemenis, including tribes and other national groups, to unite and resist the aggression. It underscored the importance of mobilization to defend the nation's sovereignty and identity, describing this as a sacred duty.
