Dhamar: The General Authority of Zakat Office in Dhamar Governorate organized a preparatory meeting to launch events and evening gatherings marking the anniversary of the Prophet's Birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Mahmoud Al-Jibin described the Prophet's Birthday as a spiritual, educational, and jihadist occasion aimed at strengthening the bond with the Seal of the Prophets and the Master of Messengers, and to emulate him in word and deed. He emphasized the deep connection between the people of Yemen and the Messenger of God, peace be upon him and his family, and his message. Al-Jibin noted that observing the Prophet's Birthday reflects the essence of the prophetic saying: 'Faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni.'
Al-Jibin urged attendees to draw lessons from the Prophet's life and adopt the faith-based teachings that embody the principles and values of Islam and the path of the noble Messenger, peace be upon him and his family. The meeting also included expressive nasheed performances.
