Abu Nashtan and Al-Saqqaf Oversee Post-Eid Employee Attendance in Sana’a


Sana’a: The Chairman of the General Authority of Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, along with Deputy Chairman Ali Al-Saqqaf, conducted an inspection on Saturday to assess employee attendance and work discipline at the Authority’s headquarters and offices in both the Capital Secretariat and Sana’a Governorate. This visit marked the first official working day following the Eid Al-Adha holiday.



According to Yemen News Agency, Abu Nashtan and Al-Saqqaf, accompanied by Human Resources Director Ali Al-Babili, evaluated the workflow and employee commitment across various departments and sectors within the Authority. They also exchanged Eid greetings and congratulations with staff members on this occasion. Abu Nashtan acknowledged the commendable level of attendance and discipline exhibited by employees, emphasizing the significance of adhering to official working hours and fulfilling their responsibilities diligently. He highlighted the employees’ collective responsibility before Allah to aid the poor, the sick, orphans, and other zakat beneficiaries.



Furthermore, Abu Nashtan praised the Awareness and Capacity Building Sector, led by Deputy Chairman Hifzallah Zayed, and its directors general for their exemplary efforts in executing field awareness activities and managing the Al-Gharimeen file in Al Hodeidah Governorate prior to Eid Al-Adha. The Chairman and Deputy Chairman also assessed the level of attendance and work discipline at the Authority’s offices in the Capital Secretariat and Sana’a Governorate, receiving briefings from office directors Mohammed Al-Alafi and Abdulwahab Al-Tuhaif on workflow and compliance with official working hours.



Abu Nashtan and Al-Saqqaf encouraged all employees to intensify their efforts, overcome challenges, and foster a spirit of teamwork. They emphasized the importance of presenting a distinguished model that embodies the principles of Islam through the revival and proper implementation of zakat, as ordained by Almighty Allah.
