Taiz: The Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, and Mahmoud Al-Junaid, a member of the Political Bureau of Ansar Allah and Head of the Presidential Committee for Mawlid al-Nabawi Events, inspected the preparations at Martyr Leader Square in Al-Barh, Maqbanah District. They assessed the readiness of the site to host the central event commemorating Mawlid al-Nabawi.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Masawi and Al-Junaid, accompanied by Shura Council member Mansour Sinan, were briefed by the district's square official, Hani Abduljalil, on the progress of technical, service, and organizational preparations. The preparations aim to accommodate participants from coastal districts and ensure proper services and conditions.
Al-Masawi emphasized the significance of Mawlid al-Nabawi as a spiritual occasion that unites the Yemeni people. He highlighted the commitment of the local authority leadership to ensure the event's success by providing necessary resources. Al-Masawi also acknowledged the efforts of field committees and service bodies in adhering to the timeline.
Al-Masawi urged residents of coastal districts to actively participate in the commemoration on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal. Al-Junaid reiterated the dedication to completing the remaining preparations and enhancing coordination among committees to ensure the event's success.
During their visit, Al-Masawi and Al-Junaid also checked on the citizens' conditions in the markets of Hijdah and Al-Barh. They engaged with citizens, shop owners, and vendors to understand their concerns and needs.
Al-Masawi and Al-Junaid assured their commitment to addressing the citizens' conditions and working towards meeting their needs within available resources.
