Taiz: The Ain Humanitarian Center for Rights and Development has issued a strong condemnation of the ongoing alleged crimes committed by Saudi-led coalition mercenaries against civilians in the Taiz Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the center's statement highlighted a recent incident involving the targeting of students from Musab bin Umair School in the Saber Al-Mawadim District. This attack resulted in the tragic death of a fifth-grade girl and the injury of an eighth-grade boy as they were returning home. The center emphasized that this attack represents a severe violation against children and civilians, as well as a breach of international humanitarian law, which mandates the protection of civilians during armed conflicts.
In addition, the Ain Humanitarian Center condemned an artillery attack on a civilian house in Wadi Hanash, Al-Taiziyah District, which occurred on Sunday. This attack resulted in injuries to two children and two women, one of whom is elderly. The center has called upon the United Nations and international and humanitarian organizations to document these incidents, conduct independent investigations, and ensure accountability for those responsible.
