Hajjah: Al-Faqid Mohammed Salbah and Gaza teams have advanced to the second round of the Martyrs on the Road to Al-Quds football championship in Hajjah Governorate. Al-Faqid Salbah qualified as the leader of Group One with seven points after defeating Al-Qassam 4-0, while Gaza secured the second qualification spot from Group Three after beating Al-Rasheed 1-0.
According to Yemen News Agency, Majed Al-Makhal scored a hat-trick for Al-Faqid Salbah, raising his tally to five goals in the tournament, while Ashraf Al-Nashri added another goal. The winning goal for Gaza was scored by player Fawaz Al-Malahi.
With these results, the teams qualifying for the second round have been finalized: Al-Faqid Salbah and Shabab Tihama from Group One, Al-Shaheed Abu Abdul and Al-Tahadi from Group Two, and Al-Hilal Al-Ahmar and Gaza from Group Three. The championship is organized by Al-Nasr Sports, Cultural Club under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate.
