Sana'a: The Educational Sector in Al-Hesn district of Sana'a governorate held a cultural event on Wednesday to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. The event took place at the Martyrs of Al-Kebs School and featured several speakers who discussed the significance of the occasion.
According to Yemen News Agency, Mubarak Qiran, a member of the governorate's mobilization committee for the Prophet's Birthday celebrations, delivered remarks highlighting various aspects of the life of the Prophet Muhammad. He emphasized the faith-based and educational importance of the event, urging community members to enhance community awareness, promote moral values, and participate in initiatives that benefit society.
Educational Sector official in the district, Assem Al-Kabsi, spoke about the strength, dignity, victory, and empowerment experienced by the Yemeni people as a result of their adherence to the Prophet Muhammad's teachings. Al-Kabsi underscored the deep connection Yemenis have with the Prophet.
Activist Abdul-Muttalib Al-Kebsi also addressed the gathering, discussing the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birth. He noted that the Prophet changed the course of history and brought justice and mercy to society. The occasion, he suggested, provides an opportunity to draw guidance from the Prophet's teachings and emulate his morals and values.
The event's speeches and presentations encouraged participants to transform their emotional ties with the Prophet into practical actions. They called for a commitment to following the Prophet's righteous path and strengthening the values of solidarity, brotherhood, and dedication to supporting truth.
