Al-hodeidah: The female staff in the health sector of Zabid District, in coordination with the Women's Authority, organized on Tuesday an awareness seminar entitled 'Following in the Footsteps of Umm Abiha' in celebration of the birth anniversary of Lady Fatimah Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) - the International Day of the Muslim Woman.

According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar highlighted the status of Lady Fatimah Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) as a model Muslim woman, exemplifying patience, faith, and generosity, and emphasized the importance of emulating her life to promote conscious behavior within the family and society, especially in light of the challenges facing the nation.

The sessions focused on the significance of celebrating the birth of this great role model for believing women and the path of enlightenment illuminated by the school of the Prophet's household (peace be upon them). Several speeches were delivered during the seminar, all emphasizing that Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her) represents an eternal model of womanhood, characterized by unwavering faith, unique purity, and tireless struggle in the cause of justice and the promotion of the values of the Prophetic message.

The speeches also addressed her virtues and personality, which embody the highest values of patience, giving, and piety, serving as a comprehensive school from which women of the nation can draw steadfastness, certainty, and insight in confronting trials and challenges. The speakers reviewed aspects of the virtues of the Prophetic message, the methodology of the household of the Prophet (peace be upon them), and Lady Fatimah's distinguished status, which makes her the ultimate example for any woman seeking dignity, honor, and true understanding of the essence of religion.

The commemoration by Yemeni women of this great occasion, and their active participation in organizing seminars and events, was seen as a practical demonstration of their love for the Messenger of Allah and their adherence to the Prophetic school, with Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her) as one of its most shining symbols in knowledge, faith, and sacrifice.

In addition, the female staff in the education sector of the district, in cooperation with the Women's Authority, organized a broad meeting to mobilize participation in the celebrations of the birth of the Leader of the Women of the Worlds (peace be upon her). During the meeting, speakers stressed the importance of using this blessed occasion to purify souls and draw inspiration from the life of the Prophet's daughter (peace be upon her), considering her a guiding example in steadfastness to principles, awareness of responsibilities, and active contribution to societal reform and defending the causes of the nation.

The speeches highlighted the need to raise awareness of the status of women in Islam, their role in confronting soft wars, preserving the faith identity of future generations, and following Fatimah's example of patience, perseverance, promoting solidarity and generosity in society. They also warned of the current state of weakness and fragmentation in the Muslim world due to neglect of the Qur'an, the guidance of the Prophet and his purified household, which has resulted in an inability to face major challenges, foremost among them the betrayal of the Palestinian people, who continue to be subjected to war crimes, considered among the worst humanity has witnessed, at the hands of the Zionist killing machinery and with the support of global powers of arrogance.
