Sanaa: Sanaa officials, including Khaled al-Madani and Ali Hadhban, recently visited the summer courses in al-Thawra district of the capital Sana'a, where they assessed the educational, religious, and cultural programs being offered to students. Capital Sana'a undersecretary Khaled al-Madani and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports for the Sports Sector Ali Hadhban led the inspection of these ongoing courses.
According to Yemen News Agency, the inspection team was joined by key figures such as Hamoud al-Naqeeb, Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee, and Sharaff al-Hadi, Chairman of the Planning Committee, along with several other local officials. The officials toured the Imam Ali Centers at Aban Haritha and al-Ansari Universities, as well as al-Taqwa and Yahya al-Senwar Centers located in the al-Hasbah South and Tunisia neighborhoods. During their visit, they engaged with course organizers to gain insights into the educational programs and activities available to students, which include religious studies and skills training.
The visiting officials highlighted the significance of these summer courses in fostering a generation that is not only well-educated but also deeply aware of Islamic values and rooted in the culture of the Quran. They acknowledged the efforts of the organizers and the community in making the courses successful, noting the students' eagerness to use their free time to enhance their skills.
Furthermore, the officials underscored the necessity for sustained efforts to motivate students to participate in these courses and ensure their success. They emphasized the aim of safeguarding the youth from the threats of ideological warfare and misinformation, thus promoting a well-informed and culturally grounded generation.
