Al mahwit: A cultural evening was held on Thursday in the Bani Asaad area of the Al Rajm District, Al Mahwit Governorate, to mark the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. The event saw the participation of Deputy Governor Ali Al-Marjalah, alongside numerous local officials and social figures.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ismail Sharaf Al-Din, the governorate's General Mobilization official, emphasized the importance of commemorating this significant religious occasion. He urged attendees to draw lessons from the life of the Noble Prophet and follow his example in morality, solidarity, unity, and steadfastness. Sharaf Al-Din commended the people of Bani Asaad for their community service and encouraged active participation in the central event on 12 Rabi' al-Awwal at Al-Rasul Al-A'zam Square in Al Mahwit City, emphasizing the need to honor the occasion and the status of the Noble Prophet appropriately.
Chairman of the Al Rajm Association, Mohammed Al-Janbadi, affirmed that the anniversary of the Prophet's birth is an opportunity to strengthen awareness and uphold the values and principles introduced by the Noble Prophet. Al-Janbadi also highlighted the role of the event in reinforcing cooperation and brotherhood among community members.
