Taiz: Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, reviewed on Monday the ongoing preparations to receive families and citizens at the Zoo Park, September 21 Public Park, and Dream Land during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, Al-Masawi listened to a briefing from the Executive Director of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, Talal Al-Sufi, and the Director of the Zoo, Marzouq Al-Halami, on several activities being carried out as part of efforts to maintain and improve the parks in the governorate.
Al-Sufi and Al-Halami affirmed that all parks and recreational spaces are fully prepared to receive visitors during the Eid holiday. They also highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance the parks, ensure proper care and feeding of animals, and maintain the safety of playground equipment and protective fences.
The Acting Governor of Taiz urged those in charge of the parks to further enhance their maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness, while strengthening preventive and awareness measures regarding the dangers of approaching predatory animals, maintaining children's playground equipment, and ensuring safety procedures.
