Sana'a: Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, along with the Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mumin Shuja'a Al-Din, and the Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami, launched today a project for electronic contract templates and documents.
According to Yemen News Agency, the newly launched project seeks to modernize documentation processes by transitioning from traditional, paper-based procedures to a streamlined electronic system. This innovative system is designed to enable citizens, lawyers, legal notaries, and notaries public to efficiently prepare, fill out, or print documents and contracts. Users can then submit these electronically to complete the necessary approval and documentation procedures.
The initiative reflects a significant step towards enhancing efficiency in legal documentation, aiming to simplify the process for all involved and reduce the time and resources traditionally required by manual methods.
