Al-hawk district: The Al-Raya Academy team was crowned champion of the Martyr Anwar Mohammed Abdulrazzaq football tournament in Al-Hawk District, Hodeidah Governorate. According to Yemen News Agency, the Al-Raya Academy team's coronation followed its victory over the Al-Mitraq Academy team, securing a five-goal win in the final match at the Al-Siddiqiya neighborhood field. The tournament, held under the auspices of the Minister of Transport and Public Works, Mohammed Ayyash Qahim, and the Governor of Hodeidah, Abdullah Atifi, saw the participation of 15 teams. During the honoring ceremony, Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Haleesi, emphasized the tournament's significance as a tribute to the educational and national legacy of the martyr Abdulrazzaq. He noted the youth's unity in sports as a reflection of the steadfastness of the people of Hodeidah. Emad Al-Barai, Director of the Youth and Sports Office, praised the tournament's success and the discipline and skills demonstrated by the teams. He highlighted the event's role in commemorating the martyr and reinforcing youth engagement in the governorate.
