Dhamar: Al-Salhi Agency Team was crowned champions of the 10th annual Martyr Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari Ramadan Football Tournament, organized by the Youth and Sports Office in Dhamar Governorate in cooperation with Al-Riyada International Hospital. Al-Salhi secured the title after a hard-fought victory over Dadiah General Trading Team, winning 1-0 in the final match held today at Al-Ahmar Stadium in Dhamar city. The tournament lasted 25 days and featured 15 teams divided into five groups.
According to Yemen News Agency, several officials honored the winners at the closing ceremony, including the governorate's mobilization official Ahmed Al-Dourani, Chairman of Dhamar General Hospital Dr. Hamoud Al-Moshki, Dhamar District Director Mohammed Al-Sayqal, Director of the Youth and Sports Office Taysir Rawiah, Deputy Chairman of Al-Riyada International Hospital Dr. Abdulkarim Al-Yaari, and Hospital Director Abdullah Zaidan.
Al-Salhi Team received the championship trophy and a cash prize for first place, while Dadiah General Trading Team took second place with a cash prize. Individual awards were also presented to outstanding players: Best Player (Fair Play) was awarded to Mohammed Al-Ghamari, Best Goalkeeper to Mohammed Al-Adaini, Top Scorer to Alaa Al-Sahbani, Tournament Best Player to Omar Adel Al-Talbi, and Final Match Best Player to Riyadh Ashah.
In addition, Youth and Sports Office Director Taysir Rawiah presented a shield of appreciation to the tournament's sponsors and partners, Al-Riyada International Hospital and businessman Mohammed Al-Mehres, in recognition of their support for sports activities and their contribution to backing Fath Dhamar Club during the Second Division qualifiers.
