Hajjah: The summer program activities for 1447 AH were concluded in al-Shahel district of Hajjah governorate, with a scout parade and public event organized under the slogan 'Knowledge and Jihad.' During the event, students demonstrated the knowledge and skills gained during the summer programs, chanting slogans expressing solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and affirming support for the causes of the Muslim nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants expressed pride in strengthening their connection to God, the Prophet Muhammad, and the Quranic project aimed at building an aware generation guided by divine teachings. The event was attended by Hajjah undersecretary Adel Shuli, Education Sector Official Ali Al-Qutaib, Directors of Economy Mahmoud Wahban, Gas Company Branch Head Abdulmalik Al-Jalal, District Director Walid Abu Dunia, and Chief Judge Hamoud Al-Hayaj. Students affirmed their commitment to defend oppressed peoples, uphold the Quran, and reject all insults to Islamic sanctities.
They praised Revolutionary Leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi for his efforts to strengthen youth awareness of Islamic values and Quranic identity and for guiding them to understand the challenges facing the nation. The provincial education sector official highlighted the role of summer programs in reinforcing religious identity and Quranic culture, developing student talents, and protecting youth from destructive ideas and foreign cultural influences.
The programs were described as a key educational platform preparing a generation aware of Quranic values, capable of confronting challenges, committed to supporting justice, and ready to resist falsehood regardless of sacrifices. Khaled Al-Hashimi, local education sector official, noted that 6,500 students participated in the summer programs, benefiting from educational and cultural activities aimed at strengthening positive behavior and instilling religious and national principles.
In their speech, students expressed appreciation for the leadership's efforts to safeguard youth from harmful ideologies while equipping them with Quranic values, preparing them to apply the lessons learned during the summer programs in their daily lives.
