Sanaa: Acting Prime Minister Miftah has extended a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, in celebration of Eid al-Adha 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Acting Prime Minister conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and blessings on behalf of himself and the Cabinet members to the Leader of the Revolution, President Al-Mashat, the members of the Supreme Political Council, and other key figures such as the Speakers of the House of Representatives, Yahya Ali al-Ra'i, and the Shura Council, Muhammad Hussein al-Aidarous. The message also reached the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Abdul-Mu'min Shuja' al-Din, as well as the members of these councils, the people of Yemen, and the broader Arab and Islamic nations during this religious occasion.
In his message, Miftah expressed hopes that the occasion would usher in prosperity and blessings, and also victory over adversaries, specifically mentioning American and Zionist forces. He also wished for a blessed pilgrimage for those attending Hajj and prayed for their safe return.
Miftah further extended his congratulations to the leadership and members of military and security institutions, especially those on the front lines who exhibit courage and sacrifice in defense of Yemen's independence and sovereignty. He reiterated his commitment to the Leader of the Revolution, President Al-Mashat, and the Yemeni people, emphasizing the government's dedication to change, reform, reconstruction, and the enhancement of vital sectors, especially those related to food and industrial security.
Concluding his telegram, Allama Miftah expressed hopes for Yemen to regain full sovereignty and strength to continue supporting national causes, particularly the Palestinian cause, and to confront challenges posed by American-Zionist agendas.
