Sana'a: Acting Prime Minister Miftah inaugurated today the art exhibition accompanying the Fourth International Conference "Palestine: The Central Cause of the Nation," currently being held in the capital, Sana'a, under the slogan "You Are Not Alone."
According to Yemen News Agency, Miftah was joined by Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, Dhaifallah Rassam, Minister of Education and Scientific Research Hassan al-Sa'di, and Deputy Ministers of Education, Dr. Hatem al-Du'ais, Youth and Sports, Nabih Nasser, and Information, Dr. Omar al-Bakhiti. They received a detailed explanation from the Chairman of the Conference Preparatory Committee, Dr. Abdulrahim al-Hamran, and the Committee's Vice Chairman, Dr. Ahmed al-Arami, about the exhibition's contents. The event showcases photographs of martyred leaders from Palestine, Yemen, Iran, and Lebanon, including notable figures such as Sayyid Ali Khamenei, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah.
The exhibition includes photographs and models of martyrs from Palestinian resistance factions and victims of the American-Zionist aggression against Yemen. Among the featured leaders are Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahawi, his fellow ministers, and the Chief of the General Staff. It also documents the sacrifices of Yemeni martyrs in their battles against the American-Zionist enemy, highlighting their support for the Palestinian cause and Gaza.
Al-Hamran and Al-Arami highlighted that the exhibition also documents the Yemeni people's sacrifices from the 1920s to the 1970s in support of national causes, particularly the Palestinian cause. It showcases the financial assistance provided to resistance factions opposing the Zionist enemy, backed by the US and Europe.
During the opening, the Acting Prime Minister emphasized that the convening of the Fourth International Conference coincides with intensified aggression by global Zionism, through American and Israeli proxies, against the region, particularly Iran. This aggression is described as a modern Crusader invasion aimed at destabilizing the Arab and Islamic world.
Allamah Miftah praised the resilience of the Iranian people in confronting these challenges and reiterated Yemen's support for the Palestinian cause. He emphasized Yemen's commitment to advocating for Palestine through scholarly, intellectual, and political efforts.
The Acting Prime Minister concluded by affirming Yemen's unwavering support for Iran, pledging political, media, and military assistance if necessary. He underscored Yemen's ongoing commitment to the Palestinian cause, demonstrated through public mobilizations and training efforts over the past two years.
