Amran: The judiciary in Amran governorate organized a lecture event on Tuesday to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). During the event, Governor Dr. Faisal Juma'an and Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami emphasized the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday to draw lessons from his exemplary life, courage, and noble ethics.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge Al-Shami described the Prophet's birth as the greatest gift from God, sent as mercy to the worlds, supported by the Qur'an, and possessing virtues and an inspiring biography that guided humanity from darkness to light. He highlighted that Yemenis have historically honored the Prophet's birthday, transmitting the tradition from generation to generation as a demonstration of reverence, respect, and loyalty to the Messenger of God. The Deputy Minister also underlined that celebrating this occasion reflects a deep commitment to the prophetic mission, offering an opportunity to review the nation's developmental and humanitarian progress inspired by the Prophet's example.
Officials, including the heads of the Amran Court of Appeal, judges, local authorities, and members of the judiciary, affirmed that the celebrations reinforce loyalty, love, and adherence to the Prophet's teachings and serve as a message to adversaries. The officials noted that Yemenis continue to support the Palestinian cause and confront aggression while preserving their faith and identity, inspired by the Prophet's guidance and the leadership of Sayye Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The event also called on citizens to participate in the central celebrations on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal across the capital and governorates, emphasizing the spiritual and national significance of the occasion in strengthening faith, unity, and moral resilience.
