Sana'a: The General Mobilization and summer centers in Al-Thuluth sub-district, Arhab district of Sana'a governorate, organized a student event and cultural evening on the occasion of Al-Sarkah annual anniversary against the Arrogant Powers. The event was hosted by Imam Zaid School and Al-Shaheed Al-Qaed summer schools, with participation from local leaders and social figures.
According to Yemen News Agency, member of the Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Recruitment Abdulhamid Al-Ghayathi emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion due to its connection to faith-based identity and principles. He highlighted the late leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi's role in launching Al-Sarkah during a time of dependency and abandonment, marking a shift towards restoring dignity and historical glory and redirecting the nation towards liberation from external influences.
Al-Ghayathi referred to Qur'anic verses cautioning against allegiance with Islam's adversaries, specifically mentioning modern-day powers such as the United States and Israel. The event, attended by mobilization official Fadl Al-Atbani and other notable figures, was described as a milestone for consolidating faith identity and readiness to confront adversarial plans.
The cultural evening in Bani Atban village underscored the anniversary's significance, highlighting its impact and achievements for the nation. Speakers asserted that 'Al-Sarkah' serves as a moral declaration against Islam's enemies and a tool for mobilizing the nation to counter conspiracies and plans threatening its integrity. They noted that 'Al-Sarkah against the arrogant powers' is integral to the Qur'anic project, supporting truth and opposing the US-Zionist enemy and allies.
