Judiciary Commemorates Anniversary of Al-Sarkha 1447 AH

General

Sanaa: The Judiciary organized a speech event to commemorate the anniversary of al-Sarkha 1447 AH. At the event, which was attended by the Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mu'min Shuja' al-Din, the Attorney General, Judge Abdul-Salam al-Houthi, the Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, Judge Hashim Aqabat, and Council Member, Judge Alawi bin Aqil, the Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Ibrahim al-Shami, considered the anniversary of the Cry a birth of awareness that shook the foundations of global arrogance, awakened the nation from its deep slumber, and brought it out of the darkness of subservience and dependency.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Minister of Justice explained that the Cry represents the first building block of the Quranic project, with which the martyr leader, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, revived the conscience of the nation, as it came at a time when America was at the height of its tyranny and arrogance. He pointed out that the martyred leader raised his resounding cry against injustice, thus establishing an intellectual weapon that shatters the wall of fear and dread of the oppressors, and affirms that the true equation is: trust in God is stronger than any tyrant.

The Deputy Minister noted that the enemies of God understood the danger of this cry from the very beginning, because it exposed their lies and revealed the falsity of their slogans about human rights and combating terrorism. They tried to suppress it with bullets and aggression, but it only spread further, transforming from words chanted by a small group of believers in the school of Imam al-Hadi into a prominent symbol of national sovereignty. After the blessed September 21st Revolution, the cry moved from a state of defending existence to one of dictating terms and shaping decisions.

He emphasized that what the world is witnessing today-an open confrontation between the axes of resistance and arrogance-proves the accuracy of the martyred leader's vision. The ongoing American-Israeli aggression against free peoples, the latest chapter of which is the targeting of the Islamic Republic of Iran, confirms the nature of the conflict that the Quranic project warned against early on.

Judge Al-Shami stated that the slogan of the "scream" is no longer just a chant, but has transformed into ballistic missiles and drones that shake the Zionist entity, disrupt maritime navigation, and impose transcontinental deterrent equations. He also considered boycotting American and Israeli goods a form of financial jihad and a practical stance, a weapon in the hands of every rich and poor person, every man and woman.

The Deputy Minister of Justice explained that the anniversary of the slogan represents a declaration of turning the page on subservience and dependence. The successive events on the ground have proven that the slogan has become a firm political and field stance, a weapon that presents the nation today with its only option: to rally around the Quranic project, as it is an existential guarantee for breaking American arrogance and a fundamental pillar for achieving inevitable victory.

For his part, Judge Bin Aqil, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council, affirmed that the slogan has become one of the most powerful weapons that has resonated throughout the world, including within America itself, because it is the banner of truth. He said, 'The slogan signifies the allegiance of the believers to the tyrants, the arrogant, and the oppressors. It is among the greatest forms of jihad in the path of God.'

Judge Bin Aqeel pointed to the importance of the cry in directing the compass towards the enemies of God, and what it instills in souls of pride, dignity and freedom, pointing to what the cry carries of meanings and connotations of death to America, which brought death to all the free peoples of the world.
