Bayda: Thousands of people gathered in three mass rallies across the cities of Bayda, Radaa, and Al-Sawadiyah on Friday to commemorate the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Zaid and express support for the Yemeni armed forces' statement.

According to Yemen News Agency, the rallies were attended by deputy governors Ali Sheikh, Abdullah Al-Jamali, Saleh Al-Joufi, and Ahmed Al-Sayqal, along with local and executive officials, mobilization leaders, military and security commanders, and community figures. Participants affirmed their commitment to the path of Imam Zaid in confronting the Saudi-Emirati aggression and the global hegemonic powers, namely the United States and Israel.

They said the commemoration coincides with ongoing mobilization efforts aimed at ending the war and blockade on Yemen, restoring the rights of the Yemeni people, and supporting any decisions made by revolutionary leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi. Speakers stressed the need to unite against the U.S.-Israeli projects targeting peoples that oppose foreign presence in the region and support the resistance, describing Imam Zaid's legacy as a model of steadfastness and resistance to oppression.

Participants voiced support for the armed forces' statement, declaring that the Yemeni people would not accept the continuation of the Saudi-U.S. blockade and would pursue all legitimate means to end it. The rallies expressed full support for what it described as Yemen's legitimate right to end the blockade, rejected the continued restrictions on Yemeni airports and ports, and warned of a firm response to any violation of Yemeni airspace.

They also expressed solidarity with Iran, praised what it described as the resilience of the Iranian people, and congratulated Iran on what it called a major victory over the United States and Israeli enemy. It reaffirmed support for the "Unity of Fronts" principle within Axis of Resistance and called for continued mobilization and readiness in the face of any future escalation.

The rallies concluded by renewing full authorization for Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to take any decisions he deems appropriate and urged Yemenis to unite in pursuit of ending the conflict, lifting the blockade, and restoring the country's sovereignty and national resources.
