“Buruj Kids 2026” Exhibition for Mother and Child Supplies Launched in Sana’a

Sana'a: Sami Maqbuli, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment for the Industry and Economic Cities Sector, inaugurated the "Buruj Kids 2026" exhibition, which focuses on mother and child supplies.

According to Yemen News Agency, the exhibition sees the participation of various specialized companies, institutions, and commercial establishments. It is held under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and organized by Buruj Yemen Foundation for Marketing, Exhibitions, and Events, in collaboration with the Nahdhat Fikr Foundation for Exhibitions and Conferences.

During the opening event, Undersecretary Maqbuli highlighted that the Ministry's support for the exhibition is rooted in its belief in promoting substantial economic activities. He stated that the exhibition is designed not only to serve commercial purposes but also to address educational and social needs by meeting family requirements, increasing awareness, and fostering care for mothers and children. This initiative is seen as a significant contributor to supporting the national economy and invigorating commercial activities.

Mohammed Salah, Vice President of the Sana'a Chamber of Commerce and Industry, commended the organization of the exhibition. He noted that the event successfully showcased national products and emphasized the commitment to boosting the national economy and supporting local goods. Salah lauded this strategy as beneficial for economic development.

Ali al-Sharif, Director of Buruj Yemen Foundation for Marketing, Exhibitions, and Events, described the exhibition as a specialized platform aimed at bolstering the mother and child supplies sector. It seeks to fortify partnerships between public and private sectors, stimulate trade, and endorse national products.

Harith Faiz, Head of Nahdhat Fikr Foundation, stressed the importance of nurturing children, equating it to caring for the future. He remarked that supporting specialized initiatives and events plays a critical role in building a more informed society.
