Hajjah: Celebratory evenings were held in the districts of Najrah, Sharis, Aflah Ash-Sham, and Washhah in Hajjah province to commemorate the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, in Najrah, Jamal Al-Alawi emphasized that the guardianship of Imam Ali is an extension of the guardianship of God and His Messenger, highlighting its significance as one of the greatest prophetic decisions. In Sharis, the deputy governor noted that Yemenis have celebrated Ghadir since ancient times, embodying wilayah and standing against the enemies of God.
In Aflah Ash-Sham, the director of endowments explained that celebrating this occasion provokes the adversaries of God and His Messenger, underscoring the enduring love Yemenis hold for Imam Ali. Meanwhile, in Washhah, the virtues and biography of Imam Ali were reviewed, stressing the importance of learning from his sacrifices.
The speeches delivered across these districts underscored the necessity of sincere allegiance to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali. They called for confronting adversaries and emulating the courage and values exemplified by Imam Ali.
