Khamir: The local authority and the General Mobilization in Khamir District, Amran Governorate, organized a speech event commemorating the Mawlid al-Nabawi, attended by the Deputy Minister of Justice, the Secretary-General of the Local Council, and local leaders.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Minister of Justice affirmed that the Yemeni people's celebration of the Mawlid reflects their deep spiritual connection to the Prophet. He reviewed the historical role of Yemenis in supporting him and called for a large turnout at the central event on Tuesday.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Local Council praised the stances of the district's residents and called for participation in light parades and mobilization for the faith-based front. Meanwhile, the District Director and the Endowments Authority official stressed that adherence to faith-based identity is the fortress against hegemony projects.
The event featured a poetic recital and various segments embodying the joy of the occasion.
