Sana'a: Dr. Munir Al-Qadi, Chairman of the General Authority for Science, Research, Technology, and Innovation, sent a congratulatory message to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the 21 September Revolution.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Qadi emphasized that the 21 September Revolution marked a pivotal moment in modern Yemeni history, restoring independent national decision-making and contributing to the consolidation of the values of freedom, sovereignty, and dignity.
He pointed out that the revolution, led by Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, represented a genuine liberation and renaissance project, restoring Yemen's pioneering role in defending the causes of the Arab and Islamic nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
The Authority Chairman explained that the revolution, thanks to the awareness of the Yemeni people, the sacrifices of the martyrs, and the popular rallying around its leadership, succeeded in moving Yemen from a phase of dependency and external tutelage to a phase of construction, liberation, and independence.
Dr. Al-Qadi also highlighted that the September Revolution laid the foundational blocks for a comprehensive national project, integrating political liberation with scientific, innovative progress and the localization of domestic industries.
He further affirmed that the General Authority for Science, Research, Technology, and Innovation continues to advance the objectives of the revolution by supporting scientific research, encouraging innovators and creators, and promoting the path toward building a modern Yemeni state that fulfills the aspirations of its people.
