Al-jawf: The Chief Prosecutor of the Al-Jawf Appeals Prosecution, Judge Wadhah Al-Qurashi, conducted an inspection of the conditions of prisoners at the Central Prison and the Criminal Investigation Department's detention facility.
According to Yemen News Agency, the visit also included the Deputy Prosecutor of Al-Jawf, Judge Muhammad Al-Badawi, and the Director of the Central Prison, Lieutenant Colonel Hatman Musli. During the inspection, the complaints of 25 prisoners were heard, and the lengths of their sentences were reviewed. The team verified records and issued certificates from the prison administration to those eligible for release under a pardon. This decision was based on the prisoners' good conduct during their incarceration.
