Sana'a: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development announced on Tuesday to all employees of the state administrative apparatus and the public and mixed sectors that next Saturday, 6 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, corresponding to May 23, 2026, will be an official holiday for the 36th National Day of the Republic of Yemen (May 22), in lieu of Friday, 5 Dhu al-Hijjah, which fell on May 22.
According to Yemen News Agency, on this occasion, the Ministries of Civil Service and Administrative Development and Information extended their warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Leader of the Revolution, the President and members of the Supreme Political Council, the President and members of the Government of Change and Construction, all the people of Yemen, and the members of the army and security forces stationed in positions of honor and heroism.
