Sanaa: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development announced the resumption of official working hours following the Eid al-Adha holiday in all units of the state administrative apparatus and the public and mixed sectors, starting tomorrow, Saturday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry explained that this decision is based on Circular No. (20) of the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development for the year 1447 AH / 2026 AD. This circular pertains to public service units and emphasizes monitoring job discipline and official working hours in central and local authority units following the Eid al-Adha holiday of 1447 AH.
The ministry urged heads of public service units to activate their supervisory role over job discipline. This is to ensure the effective use of official working hours to accomplish tasks and duties related to providing public services to citizens.
The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development also directed specialists in human resources departments to adhere to transferring official working hours results via the unified electronic human resources system. It also emphasized facilitating tasks for job discipline inspection teams in targeted units and completing the relevant forms.
