Sana'a: An awareness course for female employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and its affiliated bodies concluded today in Sana'a. It was organized over five days by the General Administration of Cultural and Social Activity, with the participation of 51 female employees from various sectors.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course aimed to improve the behavioral and cognitive aspects of working women, linking job performance with faith-based responsibility, contributing to creating a cohesive work environment capable of confronting soft war, and enhancing the leading role of women in serving society.
At the conclusion, the Executive Director of the Youth and Adolescents Care Fund, Abdul Hamid Al-Maghribi, affirmed that the course translates the plans of the ministry and the fund to raise the efficiency of job cadres and fortify them with awareness and insight. He pointed out that women represent a fundamental pillar in administrative and awareness work, which necessitates providing them with knowledge that enhances their resilience, professional performance, and consolidates their faith identity in facing current challenges.
Meanwhile, the Assistant Deputy Minister, Bushra Al-Khamisi, considered the course a station for renewing practical energy and consolidating religious and national values, affirming that investing in women's capacity development is an investment in the future of government institutions to ensure a work environment that keeps pace with changes with awareness and steadfastness.
For his part, the Director of Cultural and Social Activity, Dr. Mohammed Haj, pointed out that the program focused on concepts of faith identity and moral values capable of bringing about a shift in job discipline, calling on participants to enroll in the "Covenant of Imam Ali to Malik Al-Ashtar" program next Saturday due to its administrative and organizational importance.
The Director of Women's Cultural Activity, Ruqayyah Al-Wazir, discussed the role of cultural content in transforming principles into practical behavior that immunizes women against misguided cultures and drives them toward distinguished performance and sincere dedication to their assigned tasks.
The participants' speech, delivered by Hana'a Al-Matari, reviewed the extent of benefit from the course's content in building a clear vision of religious and national responsibilities, reflecting positively on the quality of institutional performance within the ministry and its branches. At the conclusion, attended by women leaders and administrative cadres from the ministry and the fund, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants.
