Sana'a: The social building course 'first level' concluded today in Ibb province with the participation of 50 social figures from the districts of Al Mashnah and As Sabrah, organized by the local authority and general mobilization in the province.
According to Yemen News Agency, the three-day course aimed to develop the capabilities of community leaders and enable them to perform their awareness and reform roles more effectively. The course focused on enhancing their presence in addressing community problems and consolidating the values of solidarity, cooperation, and social responsibility. Additionally, it aimed to raise community awareness of the dangers of soft war, rumors, and misleading campaigns targeting the social fabric.
The course program included awareness and educational lectures on the importance of the role of social figures in strengthening community security. It emphasized contributing to reconciliation, spreading the values of tolerance, solidarity, and cooperation, thereby fortifying the internal front, maintaining security and stability, and enhancing public tranquility in society.
At the conclusion, Abdul Fattah Ghallab, the official of general mobilization in the province, explained that social building programs represent a practical path to enhance the presence of community leaders in the field. These programs enable leaders to contribute effectively to addressing social issues and adopting initiatives aimed at serving society and strengthening the spirit of shared responsibility among its members.
He pointed out that the current stage requires expanding the circle of organized community work. This involves benefiting from the status of social figures in consolidating a culture of brotherhood and cooperation, contributing to addressing community problems with awareness and wisdom, thereby enhancing community stability and preserving the cohesion of the social fabric.
