Continuation of Activities, Events Celebrating Birth Anniversary of Prophet in Sana’a Governorate

Sana'a: The districts of Sana'a Governorate witnessed cultural events and activities in preparation for and in celebration of the birth anniversary of the Master of Creation, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).

According to Yemen News Agency, as part of the preparations and arrangements, 60 events were held yesterday in the districts of Sa'fan, Bani Matar, Bilad al-Rus, al-Haymah al-Dakhiliyah, al-Haymah al-Kharijiyah, Nihm, al-Hisn, Bani Dhibyan, Jihana, al-Tiyal, Sanhan, and Bani Bahlul. These included speeches and cultural evenings to mark this religious occasion.

Today, 17 more events and evenings were held in the districts of New Sana'a, Sa'fan, Bani Dhibyan, al-Tiyal, and Sanhan. The events and evenings highlighted the significance of celebrating the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), describing it as a spiritual, educational, and religious occasion to draw upon the humanitarian values laid down by the noble Messenger.

They stressed the importance of adhering to and following the Muhammadan path, urging the emulation of the Prophet's example, lessons, and values-particularly his courage and struggle-especially in light of the challenges facing the Ummah, foremost of which are the heinous massacres committed by the Zionist enemy in Gaza, southern Lebanon, and Syria.

The events and evenings, attended by local and community leaders, mobilization officials, dignitaries, and social figures, featured poetry, cultural segments, and chants that expressed the greatness of the occasion.
