Hajjah: The Al-Ettifaq team from Al-Adba'a emerged victorious against the Al-Suqour team from Al-Safiyah, Mabin District, Hajjah Governorate, with a score of five goals to three. This match was organized to commemorate the Prophet's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was organized by the branch of the Youth and Sports Office in the district and the 7th of July Club, in coordination with the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate. It was part of a broader initiative to implement tournaments and matches across districts, alongside cultural activities aimed at promoting the Prophet's teachings.
Murad Shali, the Director of the Governorate's Youth and Sports Office, highlighted the significance of such sports activities in fostering a connection between the youth and the Prophet. He also outlined the office's plans to further commemorate the Prophet's birthday through similar events.
The match saw attendance from notable figures, including Hassan Al-Mahbashi, Deputy Director General of Administrative Development Research and Training, as well as several sports figures and officials from the directorate.
